How far ahead should I order?
Most orders are baked within 24–48 hours. That is preparation time, not a guaranteed arrival date. For a party, gift, or larger order needed on a specific day, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes! We offer local delivery within a 20-mile radius of our Palmetto location. Within 10 miles, delivery is $6, or free on orders of $25 or more. Over 10–20 miles, delivery is $10 with a $20 minimum order. Enter your address at checkout to confirm eligibility.
How do I choose my local delivery date?
Choose Local delivery in your cart, then select an available date and time slot. At checkout, enter your address and keep Local delivery selected if it is offered. Your selected delivery date and time slot take precedence over any generic next-business-day shipping estimate.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes—local pickup in Palmetto is free. Choose Local pickup in your cart and Pickup at checkout. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before coming to collect your cookies.
Do you ship outside the local delivery area?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Choose Shipping in your cart, then select an available carrier service at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy for details.

How should I store my cookies?
Keep your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. They're best enjoyed within 3–4 days of delivery.
What's the best way to warm my cookies?
For a 6 oz cookie, microwave for 8–12 seconds, then let it rest for 1 minute. Start at the low end and add 2 seconds only if needed. Avoid overheating—stuffed centers warm faster and become extra gooey.
Can I freeze my cookies?
Yes! Wrap them airtight and freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature before warming.
