2. No Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products and Florida cottage food regulations, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once your order is shipped or delivered. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before purchase.

We stand behind the quality of our cookies and want to resolve any legitimate issues. Refunds are offered only under specific conditions to prevent abuse and ensure fairness. Eligible refund requests include:

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via Shopify to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Remedies for Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping fees).

  • Offer a replacement order at no additional cost, shipped to the original address.

  • Provide a store credit for future purchases on the Site.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
